For many years, the cinnamon plant has been associated with protection and prosperity. It has also been used for 1000’s years for its health benefits. Many of the benefits of cinnamon oil have to do with its ability to dilate blood vessels.

Cinnamon is known to possess antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and anti-diabetic properties.

Watch out as it’s pretty strong on the skin and needs to be diluted into a carrier oil.

Cinnamon oil is another strengthening oil with red energy. It is good for increasing abundance and prosperity. Simply smelling the oil will increase the size of the basic energy center. Because it powerfully increases the size of the base chakra it also is powerful for grounding and energy protection.

Cinnamon has been shown to be beneficial for people with heart disease or who have suffered from a heart attack or stroke. Cinnamon has been shown to have positive effects on insulin release.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 100ml of liquid.
Topical use: Dilute one to two drops with Coconut Oil then apply to the desired area.
