Spikenard

Spikenard, over time, has been regarded as one of the most precious oils. It’s been used as a perfume, as medicine, and in religious ceremonies across the world. In the bible, it’s referenced when Mary washed Jesus’ feet with it before the Last Supper. Spikenard is
used to uplift mood and promote relaxation. Spikenard promotes clean, healthy skin. It is commonly used in perfumes and massage oils.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with Coconut oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Essential oils ARE POTENT, always use essential oils safely. Do not use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children. If you are nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. May cause nausea.
