Refund policy

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation / Refund Policy (Courses) 

You can always contact us for any booking questions at goldencrowncourses@gmail.com.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our organisers and our students, we ask that you give us notice if you need to cancel your course. 

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our events sell out. For this reason, we require a minimum of 10 days notice before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Student. You may email us at goldencrowncourses@gmail.com to cancel. 

We require a minimum of 10 days notice for a cancellation. 

Cancellations with at least 10+ days prior notice of the event date will receive a full refund minus a $14 administration fee. 

Cancellations made within 6-9 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. 

Cancellations made within 3-5 days will receive a 30% refund of the amount paid. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms. 

Terms and Conditions / Booking Policy (Appointments) 

50% fee will be charged in case of late cancellation within 24 hours, 100% fee will be charged in case of a no-show.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE PRANIC ENERGY HEALING PACKAGES

All Pranic Energy Healing packages offered by Golden Crown Healing are sold on a non-cancellable and non-refundable basis.

When you purchase any Pranic Energy Healing package, you agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • Packages cannot be cancelled once purchased
  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe
  • Payment plan commitments (where applicable) are binding for the full term
  • Unused sessions cannot be refunded or transferred

This policy applies to all Pranic Energy Healing packages including but not limited to:

  • Premium – Radiance & Renewal
  • Standard healing packages
  • Multi-session packages
  • Any other Pranic Energy Healing service bundles

By purchasing a Pranic Energy Healing package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Note: This policy applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, or other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
